Due to the nature of digital downloads, access is granted immediately after purchase. Once a download has been made available, refunds are not possible.

If you feel that a course is not right for you, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided that:
the request is made within the 30-day period, and
the course was purchased directly through facechart or its official course platform.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Course access will be revoked once a refund has been issued.
Online courses are delivered through a third-party course platform (such as Kajabi). Refund eligibility and processing remain governed by this Refund Policy, even though course access and payments are technically handled through the platform.
Printed books and other products sold via third-party platforms — including Amazon — are not sold or fulfilled by facechart.
